We stand behind our products with our 365 Day "You Rip We Ship" Guarantee, because we know they are of the highest quality.  Custom products are personalized, however, and therefore cannot be returned.  Nevertheless, our #1 goal is your satisfaction, so if you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us and we will make it right. Keep in mind that we are a small family business and every sale is important to us.

IMPORTANT: Be sure that you order the correct size, color and embroidery.

Note on Sleeves: Our compression sleeves are very stretchy and will accommodate most arm sizes, but some customers have been surprised by the tightness of the compression. It's rare that a customer complains that a sleeve is too big.

We offer our 365 Day "You Rip, We Ship" Guarantee. Nothing lasts forever, but if you take good care of our products, they will undoubtedly last longer than others on the market. In regards to our guarantee, all we ask is that customers be fair and understand that this is a small family business. Every sale matters to us. If your product rips or fails in some other way within 1 year of purchase, we will replace it (same exact size, color, customization). 

To receive a replacement for a ripped or otherwise defective item, send a picture to hi (@) customnumbered (.) com (remove parentheses and spaces) with the following information:

• Images of the damaged product
• Order number, or the email address used at purchase

All products purchased on June 7, 2024 or after come with our 365 Day "YOU RIP WE SHIP" GUARANTEE.

Details of our 365 Day "YOU RIP WE SHIP" GUARANTEE are as follows:

The 365 Day "YOU RIP WE SHIP" GUARANTEE is valid only to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the day of receipt. During the 365 Day "YOU RIP WE SHIP" GUARANTEE period, any product is eligible for a single replacement at no additional cost to the purchaser, if the purchaser e-mails us, provides proof of purchase, provides images which clearly show the damage, and is approved by our team.

The 365 Day "YOU RIP WE SHIP" GUARANTEE does NOT COVER the following: (i) Damage caused by additives such as adhesive sprays, chemicals, etc; (ii) misuse; (iii) damage caused by service or modification made and performed by anyone outside of CUSTOM NUMBERED.
