Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping is $2.99 on orders under $50.  Orders over $50 include FREE Ground Shipping to United States addresses.  We sew and deliver in 3-5 business days (M-F).  During periods of high demand (holidays), it may be longer.  Choose express shipping if you'd like your order to arrive in 3 business days.

Our Standard Shipping Fulfillment Process

Your order went into our fulfillment queue yesterday.  I monitor the queue every day to give you the most accurate "Estimated Delivery Date" range possible, and you can find that date range in your order confirmation email/text.

We pull orders in batches, and as soon as your order is pulled for fulfillment, a tracking number is added to your order page.  At that time, you receive an instant notification to the contact you provided upon ordering.  That means we are getting ready to sew your product.

After you receive a tracking number, the next step is to sew your item to order.  This may take one or two days.  Once your item is sewn, packed and received by the shipper, you'll instantly receive another notification that your order is in the mail. Orders are delivered in 1-5 business days after that notification.  We ship from Florida or St. Louis depending on availability and proximity.

Our Express Shipping Fulfillment Process

For orders with express shipping, we deliver in 4 business days.  The "estimated delivery" does not apply to you.  I haven't figured out how to show express order delivery dates correctly yet (sorry), but its 4 business days after you order.

Shipping Rates

• Standard shipping is $2.99.
• Ground shipping is free over $50 and delivers in 3-5 business days.
• Express delivers in 3 business days ($20).
• Keep in mind, we sew our products to order and at periods of high demand you may experience a slight delay.

International

• We ship UPS Worldwide Saver to Canada and Mexico for $36.25.
• We ship to APO/FPO addresses via the United States Postal Service at no additional charge.
• Due to tracking issues, we cannot ship internationally to Puerto Rico. 

Shipping to a PO Box

We cannot ship to a PO Box; all orders must have a physical address to receive shipments.

Sales Tax

In accordance with applicable state and local laws, we are required to charge sales tax in localities where we have economic nexus. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon.

Missing Packages

We are not responsible for missing packages that are marked delivered by the shipping provider (USPS, UPS).
