Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping is $5.99 on orders under $70.  Orders over $70 include FREE shipping to United States addresses.  We sew and deliver in 7-10 business days (M-F).  During periods of high demand (holidays), it may be longer.  Choose express shipping if you'd like your order to arrive in 3 business days (may be longer at peak times).

Our Standard Shipping Fulfillment Process

We monitor the queue every day to give you the most accurate "Estimated Delivery Date" range possible, and you can find that date range in your order confirmation email/text.

We pull orders in batches, and as soon as your order is pulled for fulfillment, you will get an email that we are working on your order.  That means we are getting ready to sew your product.

The next step is to sew your item to order and get it in the mail.  This may take up to 3 days, especially at peak times when batches are largest.  Once your item is sewn and packed, you'll instantly receive another notification with your tracking number. Orders are delivered in 1-5 business days after that notification.  We ship from Ohio or Missouri depending on availability and proximity.

Our Express Shipping Fulfillment Process

For orders with express shipping, we deliver in 3 business days (may be longer at peak times).  The "estimated delivery" does not apply to you.

Shipping Rates

• Standard shipping is $5.99.
• Standard shipping is free over $70 and delivers in 7-10 business days (may be longer at peak times).
• Express delivers in 3 business days (may be longer at peak times)
• Keep in mind, we sew our products to order and at periods of high demand you may experience a slight delay.

International

• We ship to APO/FPO addresses via the United States Postal Service at no additional charge.
• Due to tracking issues, we cannot ship internationally to Puerto Rico.
• We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping to a PO Box

We cannot ship to a PO Box; all orders must have a physical address to receive shipments.

Sales Tax

In accordance with applicable state and local laws, we are required to charge sales tax in localities where we have economic nexus. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon.

Missing Packages

We are not responsible for missing packages that are marked delivered by the shipping provider (USPS, UPS).
