Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we cannot offer returns. All sales are final. However, if you are unhappy, please contact us and we will make it right. Keep in mind that we are a small family business and every sale is important to us.
IMPORTANT: Be sure that you order the correct size, color and embroidery.
Note on Sleeves: Our compression sleeves are very stretchy and will accommodate most arm sizes, but some customers have been surprised by the tightness of the compression. Its rare that a customer complain that a sleeve is too big.
365 Day "Play Hard" Guarantee
We offer our 365 Day "Play Hard" Guarantee. Nothing lasts forever, but if you take good care of our products, they will undoubtedly last longer than others on the market. In regards to our guarantee, all we ask is that customers be fair and understand that this is a very small, family business. Every sale matters to us. If your product rips or tears within 365 days of purchase, we will usually replace it (same exact size, color, customization). We just need you to send a picture so we can review the issue. Send an email to hi (@) customnumbered (.) com (remove parentheses and spaces) with the following information:
- Images of the product where it ripped
- Order number and the email address used at purchase
All products purchased after June 7, 2024 or after, come with our 365 DAY GUARANTEE.

The 365 DAY GUARANTEE is valid only to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 365 days from the day of receipt. During the 365 DAY GUARANTEE period, any product is eligible for a single replacement at no additional cost to the purchaser, if the purchaser e-mails us, provides proof of purchase, provides images which clearly show the damage, and is approved by our team.
The 365 DAY GUARANTEE does NOT COVER the following: (i) Cosmetic damage caused by normal wear and tear; (ii) damage caused by accident or improper care and maintenance; (iii) Damage caused by additives such as adhesive sprays, chemicals, etc (iv) misuse; (v) sweat/water damage and damage caused by other extreme environmental conditions; (vi) damage caused by service or modification made and performed by anyone outside of CUSTOM NUMBERED; (vii) limited edition products.
