Custom Logo Submission Terms and Conditions

By submitting any logo, design, or other image file ("Submitted Content") to Custom Numbered for custom embroidery on our products, you agree to the following terms:

1. User Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

• You are the legal owner or have obtained all necessary permissions, rights, and licenses to use the Submitted Content.

• The Submitted Content does not infringe upon or violate any copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

• The content is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

2. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Custom Numbered, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, costs, or legal fees arising out of:

• Any intellectual property disputes related to your Submitted Content.

• Any violation of these terms.

3. Use of Submitted Content

Submitted Content will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not claim ownership over your logo or design. However, we reserve the right to refuse any design that:

• Contains hate speech, discriminatory content, or obscene material.

• Violates our brand’s standards or legal guidelines.

4. No Obligation to Monitor

Custom Numbered is not obligated to monitor every submission. However, we reserve the right to reject any order at our sole discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Custom Numbered shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the misuse of intellectual property by the customer or any third-party claims regarding the Submitted Content.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
